Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit is pleased to bring you Live Turbot from France, the Champagne of fish as Dish of the Month for March – April 2023.

The two styles to enjoy this fish are:
• Steamed with Superior Soya Sauce
• Steamed with Chopped Garlic and Glass Noodles in Superior Soya Sauce

Turbot is an excellent source of protein, selenium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, iron and phosphorous. The firm white meat has a large flake and an excellent mild flavour. It also has a moist, succulent and smooth texture that melts in your mouth!

Price: THB 460++ per 100 grams
